Cognitive warfare is one of the enemy's new tactics in combating and dominating nations. His Eminence Ayatollah Khamenei has repeatedly explained the nature of this war to the people and officials in his speeches. From his perspective, positive thinking is considered both an important tool for countering this warfare and a significant characteristic of Islamic civilization. Accordingly, this research seeks to examine this subject along with its strengths, weaknesses, and impacts in the statements of the Revolution's Leader, with the aim of identifying factors that strengthen positive thinking and enhancing them, while also recognizing the causes of increased negative thinking and rectifying them. This effort constitutes a step toward realizing the Second Phase of the Revolution and establishing the characteristics of Islamic civilization. The research findings indicate that hope in domestic capabilities and resources - including human capital, material resources, scientific and economic advancements, as well as cooperation between the people and officials in eliminating poverty, corruption, and discrimination - coupled with faith and reliance on God, motivation, and distrust of foreign media, serves as the foundation for all progress and resilience against the demagoguery of hostile media. To achieve this objective, it is necessary to revise documents such as the Fundamental Reform Document of Education and the National Media Transformation Document in accordance with the Second Phase of the Revolution Statement, while developing practical strategies and implementation plans that can be monitored and operationalized by relevant institutions.
