The Islamic Revolution of Iran stands as one of the most significant socio-political events of the twentieth century. Today, as we enter the Second Phase of the Revolution and following four decades since its victory, the revolutionary spirit among individuals remains crucially important for the Islamic Republic system. This concept represents one of the key indicators first introduced over the past three decades by His Eminence Ayatollah Khamenei, the Supreme Leader. In his discourses, revolutionary spirit emerges as a pivotal concept, constituting a central and strategic element within his intellectual framework. A review of his statements in recent years confirms his increasing emphasis on this concept. This study employs an analytical approach to examine both the Second Phase of the Revolution statement and the Supreme Leader's speeches, aiming to achieve an accurate understanding of his positions regarding revolutionary spirit. In the Second Phase statement, Seyed Ali Khamenei asserts: "We seek to establish a government worthy of the advent." This necessitates our focus on building a new Islamic civilization - creating a society capable of establishing this new Islamic civilization as preparation for the society paving the way for the advent. Among the crucial components of this new Islamic civilization stands the revolutionary government. Naturally, an Islamic government comprises revolutionary individuals, making it essential to examine the characteristics of such individuals from his perspective. This qualitative research adopts an analytical-descriptive methodology while being applied research in terms of purpose; its findings can facilitate implementation of the Second Phase statement's objectives across various organizations. The study comprehensively analyzes all published guidance and speeches by Seyed Ali Khamenei on this subject, sourced from his official website and the Hadith-e Velayat software.
