This study, focusing on organizational governance components, examines the relationship between e-government implementation and the reinforcement of organizational governance principles. Among the components analyzed are transparency, accountability, effectiveness, and employee participation, all of which function as foundational indicators in achieving organizational objectives. Grounded in theoretical approaches and case studies, the article demonstrates that successful e-government deployment necessitates the alignment of organizational structures with modern technologies. Furthermore, it highlights the significance of strategies such as system interoperability, change management, and workforce training in the digital transformation process. The paper investigates the impact of e-government on organizational governance and control, analyzing the role of emerging technologies in enhancing data-driven governance. Digital transformation within governmental structures requires the integration of control systems and organizational governance mechanisms with intelligent processes and data-centric standards. This research seeks to evaluate institutional control mechanisms and organizational self-regulation, assessing the influence of e-readiness and organizational maturity on decision-making optimization and managerial efficiency. The findings provide policymakers and administrators with a framework to design digitalization processes in a manner that maximizes alignment with organizational goals. Employing a qualitative approach, the study utilizes two primary methods: library research and theoretical content analysis. Its objective is to explore the foundations of e-government and organizational governance through structural analysis of authoritative sources, relevant theories, and comparative studies in digital management.
