Tremendous developments in artificial intelligence and big data technologies have created the "Algorithmic Age" paradigm, in which the nature of power and warfare has shifted from physical domains to perceptual and digital realms. Given the necessity of safeguarding national security and the foundations of the Islamic system against emerging threats, the main objective of this research is to explain the inadequacy of traditional military doctrines and to develop an indigenous framework based on cognitive and cyber warfare. This research was conducted using a qualitative method and a critical content analysis strategy, through which, by means of theoretical synthesis, emerging technological concepts have been integrated with the foundational principles of velayat (guardianship) and the strategic defense thought of the Islamic Revolution. The findings indicate that classical doctrines, due to their linear logic, dependence on transparency in attribution, and inability to comprehend non-material components of power, have reached a strategic impasse in the face of Algorithmic Age threats. The extracted theoretical framework is based on three main pillars: "technological geopolitics," "cognitive warfare," and "multidimensional deterrence," in which power is defined not by the accumulation of equipment but by sovereignty over data, management of narratives, and enhancement of insight. Finally, the process model of "intelligent resistance" is presented, which, by emphasizing four stages (insight-building, enemy identification, popularization of defense, and asymmetric action), enables the transition from a defensive posture to proactive and intelligent deterrence.
