Psychology of inflation in Iran; Reflecting the crisis of management in the isolation of humanities (by presenting the theoretical concept of elite balance in the educational system)

Abstract

In the pathology of the problem of "inflation in Iran", such things as: state economy, failure to adopt efficient economic policies, unproductive financial system, economic sanctions, failure to enter the world trade market and free economy, as well as single-product and oil-dependent economy, in recent years by Domestic and foreign publications and media have been mentioned. But addressing one of the causes of inflation in economies dependent on natural resources under the title of "Dutch disease", by comparing an economic crisis or turmoil to a complication or disease in the human body, is the way to look deeper into the issue of inflation in Iran and In a way, psychology smoothed this organ-like structure. In other words, although none of the mentioned cases can be denied as the causes of inflation in Iran's economy; But when the economy is assumed as a living organism, the emergence of a complication such as inflation cannot be explained and corrected with a one-dimensional view and cross-sectional prescriptions. Therefore, in this work; As an interdisciplinary study, with a descriptive/analytical method and benefiting from the approaches of political behaviorism and a fundamental look at the process of education and training of the country's executive managers, while addressing Harold Laswell's "Political Personality Theory" and presenting the theoretical concept of elite balance, as the theoretical frameworks of the research, and With an inductive view and the linking of variables in order to prove the hypothesis of the research, based on "the direct effect of the reductionist view and lack of priority in the field of humanities as the neglected and unconscious nature of the country's management system on the country's policy and management crises in general, and the primary element of the problem of inflation in Iran's economy It has been specifically addressed.
