Abstract

This article is based on the theory of Sadra's system of knowledge and the role of jurisprudence in it, as well as his definition of jurisprudence in religion. Although jurisprudence in the current era has advantages such as the centrality of worship and spirituality and the use of deep and valuable research, it suffers from disadvantages such as the possibility of worldliness, marginalization of great jurisprudence (religious knowledge), distance from the realities of religious and social needs, exclusivity of methods in religious science. , taste-oriented, and losing an important part of human capital. The purpose of this article is to provide a solution for the transformation of the scientific and religious system. Jurisprudence and theology considered by Sadra's transcendental wisdom have an existential purpose and help to expand rational and human life. In the transcendental wisdom system, jurisprudence is a subset of theology, and in this regard, its definition and rulings are examined. In the Sadra'i system, jurisprudence, mysticism and wisdom are not separate from each other, and all the layers and levels of religion have an impact on the correct explanation of the boundaries and gaps of jurisprudence. Civilization-building jurisprudence centered on coexistence and anti-tyranny is one of the characteristics of Sadra'i jurisprudence. Jurisprudence in transcendental wisdom is completely separated from its literal meaning, which is the extraction of secondary rulings with detailed evidence and centered on the principles of jurisprudence. If this meaning of jurisprudence is placed in the fields of jurisprudence and religion, it will have brilliant effects and results, among which we can mention the elimination of the above-mentioned harms. This article is descriptive-analytical based on library data.
