Abstract

In this article, an attempt has been made to point out one of the lesser-seen achievements of the Islamic Revolution in the last four decades, which shows the effectiveness of the system in the field of culture, and specifically in the field of education and training of jihadist and God-seeking believers. By accepting the political, economic, scientific, military, security and cultural achievements, as well as acknowledging the existing weaknesses and deficiencies, the author tries to introduce the cultivation of God-seeking young people of Basij, whose personality ability is many times higher than similar people and their past or contemporary generations, as a unique achievement. These people, who were educated in the school of Imams of the Revolution based on the three pillars of rationality, spirituality and Islamic justice, and grew up in the face of its hardships and were able to reach the lofty peaks of humanity, are irreplaceable examples throughout the history of Iran. In the following, the author introduces the character of General Rashid Islam, Lieutenant General Hajj Qassem Soleimani, as a prominent and globalized example of this achievement. They write that the term "burnt generation" is a fake and unscientific term for the children of the revolution and prefers to use the sociological term "elite" for this self-discovered, self-confident and self-made generation. In the end, following the example of these elites to educate the next generations of the country in the second step of the revolution, it is necessary to continue this flow in the fields of power building and training of human resources. The method of writing an article is document analysis and the method of collecting its contents is library.
