Abstract

Since in management logic, the concept of synergy is explained in detail, therefore this concept has not been systematically and systematically defined at the national and strategic level for greater efficiency between the components of the system, including the defense sector and the country sector. In the political and managerial structure of governance and property ownership of the Islamic Republic of Iran derived from the constitution, all parts of the system are not under a single command; In the sense that the defense department plays a role directly under the command of the Supreme Commander-in-Chief and the executive branch manages affairs under the direct leadership of the president. In the components of national power (political, defense-security, economic, cultural, social), what is expressed to the intuition of all thinkers of governance, the defense and security sector of the Islamic Republic of Iran, both during the period of holy defense and later, have been able to work in a single ecosystem and in difficult conditions. More sanctions than the other components of national power mentioned above show more efficiency and power in active deterrence and security production. Therefore, in this article, an attempt has been made to define the necessity of creating a technical, structural and managerial link between the two powers of the country and the army for greater efficiency and synergy, and the country's sector, like rockets that are equipped with multiple engines to launch into higher orbits, can use engines and capacities. The defense sector should benefit structurally.
