Given the importance of theoretical analysis of the ethical-technological contexts of war and violence in today's world and the war crimes committed in Gaza by the Zionist regime, this research aims to theoretically analyze the ethical-technological genealogy of war and violence in Gaza based on artificial intelligence applications. This research was conducted using a descriptive analysis method, and the required information was collected and analyzed using library and documentary methods. Based on the findings, it is argued that artificial intelligence, despite claims of increased accuracy and reduced casualties, in practice could lead to an unprecedented escalation of violence, the removal of the human factor from the decision-making process, and increasing ambiguity in moral and legal accountability. The findings of this research reveal that the digitalization of war is blurring moral boundaries and, by transforming conflict into an algorithmic phenomenon, poses the risk of "moral blindness" and "technological apartheid." The consequences of this synergy deeply challenge international humanitarian law, the concept of accountability, and regional and global stability. Finally, the need to develop strong ethical and legal frameworks, increase transparency and independent oversight, and technology diplomacy to manage the destructive consequences of this complex intersection is emphasized to prevent AI from becoming a tool for unlimited violence.
